Terms & conditions for sale, delivery and payments
Photonik and Photonik international may be obtained by subscription. Orders can be placed anytime.
According to § 3 'Fernabsatzgesetz' in connection with § 361a BGB, orders can be cancelled within two weeks by contacting

The cancellation period ends 14 days after reception of the last trial issue. To meet the cancellation time limit, the message has to be posted in time (date stamp, fax or email identifier).
AT-Fachverlag assures the customer of confidential treatment of his personal data necessary for the transactions, even when saved. Data received in relation to this contract are saved, processed and used as necessary for the settlement of the contract.
Subscription fees are charged per year in advance. Payment without deductions is due within 30 days after billing.
Foreign subscriptions are to be payed without expenses for the publishing house. Resellers are obliged to abide by the prices given in the imprint. Returns require special approval by the publishing house.
Unless terminated with a notice period of six weeks prior to the end of the subscription year, the subscription will be extended for a further year, unless it has been closed especially for a defined and terminated period.
Changes of prices, maturity, and termination dates published in the magazine's imprint apply as accepted 4 weeks after the first publication, unless revoked by the subscriber within the said period in written form.
Deliveries are made solely under the sale, delivery and payment terms of AT-Fachverlag GmbH, which are explicitly recognised by the acceptance of delivery.
For any disagreements and litigation in connection with the contract and these terms, solely German law applies to the exclusion of CISG.
Jurisdiction is Stuttgart for all cases where the customer is a merchant or at the time of the commencement of action has no domicile or habitual residence in Germany or this place is not known to AT-Fachverlag GmbH. For all other customers, this jurisdiction is valid for the dunning procedure.
