Privacy Statement
We, the publishing house AT-Fachverlag GmbH, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and abide strictly by the rules of data protection laws. Personal data is collected only to the technically necessary extent. In no case, the personal data is sold or for other reasons passed on to third parties, unless such disclosure is mandatory by law or by court order. The data of participants in reader/supplier communication are shared with the involved parties by mutual agreement if expressly requested and in accordance with the terms of use.

The following statement gives you an overview of how we guarantee the safety and what types of data are collected for what purpose.

Data processing on this website
The AT-Fachverlag GmbH automatically collects and stores in its server log files information that your browser transfers to us. These are:

• Date and time of the request
• Transferred data
• Announcement whether the call was successful
• Description of the type of browser used
• Requestor domain
• Country of origin of the domain

These data cannot be assigned to individual persons by AT-Fachverlag GmbH. These data are not combined with data from other sources. The data are used exclusively for statistical purposes.

4. Purpose of data collection, data processing and data usage:
   Objective of the company is the production and distribution of printed and electronic journals/specialized information/newsletters, and the  organisation of accompanying meetings / congresses / fairs, etc.
   AT-Fachverlag GmbH collects, processes and uses personal data to comply with the above mentioned purposes.
5. Description of affected groups and individuals and data categories involved:
   Customers, subscribers and readers data, employee data, and suppliers data  needed to fulfill the objectives mentioned in item 4.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be disclosed:
   Public and external agencies because of legislation, and internal departments to fulfill the objectives mentioned in item 4, and participants in the exchange of information between readers and suppliers, as far as expressively wished for or according to the terms and/or necessary.
7. Legal terms for deletion of data:
   Both the legislature and our customers have many different obligations and deadlines. After the expiry of the time limits, the corresponding data is deleted. Data not affected by this regulation  will be deleted when the purposes mentioned under item 4 cease to apply.
8. Planned transfer to third countries:
   A transfer to third countries is not planned.
